Terms and Conditions
Please read the following carefully to ensure all terms are met prior to sending your package. Upon finishing your order, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

***PAYMENT IS BASED ON WHEN ORDER IS PLACED***
Packages are processed the same day as delivery and contents that do not meet our criteria will be donated or discarded. Boxes that arrive opened, stained, soiled, marked on, labeled as Medicare or Medicaid, or fall below the minimum expiration date will not be accepted. Cash Now for Test Strips does not supply return labels if a customer requests boxes be shipped back.
***If products meet all of the terms and conditions, Cash Now for Test Strips, LLC agrees to release payment within 24 hours of processing my package.
1. I am at least 18 years of age.
2. I am the rightful owner of the items being sold to Cash Now for Test Strips, LLC (Cash Now for Test Strips), or I have been granted legal permission to sell these supplies on behalf of the rightful owner. By selling my supplies through cashnowforteststrips.com, I grant legal ownership of those supplies to Cash Now for Test Strips.
3. Cash Now for Test Strips will not accept any boxes that arrive opened, stained, soiled, or severely damaged in any way. This extends to water damage, ink, and marker.
***Cash Now for Test Strips may offer half price for boxes with rips, slight tears, scratches, bumps, indents, or slightly crushed boxes. (please refer to damage guidelines above)
4. Cash Now for Test Strips will not open boxes that expire before 06/01/2022.
5. Cash Now for Test Strips does not purchase boxes obtained through Medicare or Medicaid.
6. Cash Now for Test Strips does not purchase International boxes.
7. Cash Now for Test Strips will remove any and all prescription labels before reselling my boxes.
***I understand that items arriving damaged by label-removal or have missing parts will be subject to a reduction in payment.
8. Boxes with broken or missing seals are considered tampered with and are a safety risk. They will not be accepted by Cash Now for Test Strips.
9. Cash Now for Test Strips will supply a pre-paid USPS, UPS or FEDEX return shipping label to ship my items. If I choose to ship using a different carrier or send on my own, Cash Now for Test Strips will reimburse the shipping cost up to $10.00 per package.
10. Cash Now for Test Strips buys only the products listed on the company website: https://cashnowforteststrips.com/test-strips-we-buy/.
11. If products do not meet the above terms and conditions, Cash Now for Test Strips will not pay to ship my supplies back. If I want my supplies returned, it is my responsibility to provide a pre-paid, trackable return shipping label. This label can be mailed as a hardcopy to Cash Now for Test Strips or emailed to info@cashnowforteststrips.com.
12. Business checks are mailed out Monday through Friday. I understand that if my package is received on a Friday, my check may not enter the mail stream until Monday morning.
13. Business checks sent via USPS First Class mail are not trackable, and may take up to a week or more to deliver.
14. I understand that I may dispute the amount paid for up to 15 days from when my payment is issued.
15. The rates listed on this website apply only to individual sellers with extra supplies. I understand that orders exceeding $5,000.00 in value are considered “wholesale” and that rates may vary.
16. Cash Now for Test Strips will release PayPal payment within 24 hours; however, PayPal may choose to put a hold on the transfer of funds for up to 48 hours. This is a PayPal policy and needs to be resolved through PayPal.
